1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ArtizanSquare (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. ArtizanSquare is provided by ArtizanSquare Technologies, registered in Nigeria.

2. Description of Service

ArtizanSquare provides an all-in-one management platform for beauty professionals ("Owners") to manage appointments, staff, memberships, and payments. Customers ("Users") may use the platform to discover businesses and book services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

4. SaaS Subscription & Payments

• Subscription Fees: Owners agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees as detailed in their chosen plan.
• Automatic Remittances: Payments collected from Customers through the platform are remitted to Owners' verified bank accounts after deduction of applicable transaction fees.
• Refunds: SaaS subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or related systems.
• Post fraudulent, misleading, or offensive content.

6. Limitation of Liability

ArtizanSquare is a technology platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Businesses listed on the platform. All service-related disputes must be resolved directly between the Business and the Customer.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
